Special Needs Trust

When a person has assets that will disqualify them from their needs-based governmental programs, such as; SSI, Medicaid for a Nursing Home, Assisted Living or State Medicaid Waiver programs, we use a Special Needs Trust to shelter the assets. A Special Needs Trust may be used for a wide range of life-enhancing expenses without compromising the disabled individual’s governmental benefits.
